When you tell people that you've been Writing Articles "Every" Day for Nearly 700 Days, they start to ask a "Lot" of Questions.
How can you Keep Going?
You Do It "Every" Day?
Does that Include Weekends and Holidays?
Do You Always Write Something New?
To Answer In order...
Great Question!
Yes, Every Day!
Including Weekends, Holidays "and" Vacations.
Yes, Every Article is Unique.
Sometimes I Reiterate Topics or Explain in Different Ways.
But Every Article is Brand Spanking New!
No AI.
Just My Brain and the Computer.
Now, the Reality is that, Unless someone is Interested in what I'm Writing About...
Legendary Leadership, Sageship, Psychophysiology, Cycles of Leadership, etc...
They are "Not" Asking because they want to Know My Answers to these Questions.
What they are "Actually" doing is Trying to Understand How "They" Could Accomplish a Feat like that.
See, they are Not Asking How "I" Keep Going.
They want to Know how "They" could Keep Going in a Similar Way.
They could Care Less if "I" Write Every Day.
They are Trying to Imagine "Themselves" doing Something "Every" Day.
What they are Searching for is an Idea of How "They" Could Accomplish something "Every" Day.
I get it.
I was there at one point too.
Struggling.
Wanting to Accomplish "Something".
But Not having the Confidence in Myself to Go For It.
Which I think is an Important Aspect of This.
Confidence.
The Reason Many People Do Not Do Something "Every" Day?
They Lack Confidence in their Ability to Do It.
Which also makes Perfect Sense.
We have this Perception, often Trained Into Us as Children, that we must be "Perfect".
Each Piece We Set Free into the World Must be a Masterpiece!
Every Word We Write or Say "Must" be Brilliant!
Here's the Truth.
It Will Not Happen.
There Will be a "Lot" of Imperfection.
Not Everything you Create will be a Masterpiece.
You Will Not Be Brilliant Every Day.
Sorry to Break it to You, but You're Human.
Just like Me.
Just like Everyone Else.
We're Imperfect.
We Create Messes.
We Say Dumb Things.
It Happens.
Here's another Truth though...
It Doesn't Matter.
No One Cares About Your Mistakes, As Long as You Grow.
No One Will Pay Attention to the Messes.
Everyone will Forget the Stupid things we Say.
Why?
People are Focused on Their Own Problems.
They Do Not have the Time or Energy to Pay Close Attention to Your Problems.
So, if you are going to Create, Just Go.
Here's the Reality.
Most of what you Say Will Not be Brilliant.
You'll Flounder.
Fall.
Crash.
Look back in Regret.
It's Alright.
People will look Right Past Those.
But when you Strike Gold?
When you "Do" Find Something Brilliant?
People will "Never" Let it Fade.
They Will Ask You About It.
They Will Ask You Questions to Understand Better.
If it is Truly Brilliant, People will even Pay You to Talk About It.
But You Will Not "Find" the Brilliant Things Immediately.
There is a Process to Getting There.
You must go from the "Proving" Stage of your Career to at least the "Mastery" Stage.
The Highest Levels will require you to Achieve Sageship.
However, this Does Not happen Overnight.
It Takes Time.
It Takes Consistency.
Going Day In and Day Out, Pushing Your Career Forth.
You Need Momentum.
As you Maintain Consistency Over Time, the Momentum Makes It "Easier" For You.
You'll Say "More" Brilliant Things, More Often.
Not "Every" Day, Just More Frequently.
But if you are Focused on "Not" Being Brilliant, You'll Lose the Needed Momentum.
Momentum is "Really" Easy to Keep Going.
Momentum is "Really" Difficult to Get Started.
If You "Lose" Momentum, You Lose a "Lot" of Energy.
Many People Fail in their Careers, Not because they are "Not" Brilliant, but Rather because they "Fail" To Maintain Momentum.
They "Stop" and "Go" Frequently.
Then, they Lose to Less Brilliant People who just "Maintained" Momentum.
I have Seen and Met some "Very" Unintelligent People who obtained "Extreme" Success simply because Momentum was their Ally.
Do Not Worry about being "Brilliant" Every Day.
That's an Impossible Goal.
Focus on being "Consistent" Every Day.
Hit a Minimum Every Day.
Learn Every Day.
Gain Momentum.
Then, "Never" Lose the Momentum.
