I Love Studying Success.
How People Win "The Game".
But Also How People Lose "The Game".
There is something that you'll Discover as you Pay Attention to The Game of Success.
People Come and Go.
Frequently.
There will be people who Dominated the Game, who Suddenly Disappear.
There are Others who Appear Seemingly Out of Nowhere.
Some People seem to Never Get Into The Game.
Then Some seem to Always Be In The Game.
This happens in All Areas of Life.
Within All Industries.
People Come and Go.
Sometimes it is Easy to see these Changes Coming.
Other Times it is a Surprise.
But we have to ask the Question - Why Does This Happen?
When most people think of "A" Game, there is a Very Clear Path that Exists (Even if it is Hidden sometimes).
There is a Start.
There is an End.
There are Rules.
Playing by The Rules Helps You Win.
Breaking The Rules Leads to Losing.
At the End of A Game, there is a Winner and a Loser.
Or some form of First, Second, Third, etc.
Yet...
When You Look at the Game of Success, it Does Not Appear to Work this Way.
There are Winners who Lose.
There are Losers who Win.
Rules Appear to Change.
People Who "Break" the Rules Find Success.
Those Who "Follow" the Rules Find Loss.
No One seems to Remain the "Winner" Forever.
Why is this?
How can this be?
It is because "The" Game of Success is not "A" Game.
The Game of Success is "Many" Games.
Every Time a Game "Ends" and a New Game "Starts".
There is a Cycle of Games.
So, someone may have "Won" Yesterday and therefore has a "Head Start" on the New Start.
But that Does Not "Guarantee" Winning the New Game.
This is Why New Players can come into a Game, Seemingly Out of Nowhere, and begin to Dominate.
It is also Why many Dominate Players Lose.
They Stop "Playing" when the Next Game Starts.
With this, there are Multiple Games Occurring.
So, People may be Playing One Game Today.
Then, they may Move to a Different Game Tomorrow.
If a Specific Game Fails to have Enough Players, the Game Cannot be Played.
You can "Dominate" in a Tiny Game, and Never be Seen.
You could "Dominate" a Game that Everyone Else Stopped Playing, which makes you Royalty of Nothing.
We could also look at why People who "Break" the Rules can Win.
These Individuals will See "A" Game, and find Technicalities to "Win" A Game.
The Problem here, of course, is that this is a Short-Term Strategy.
A Few Results tend to happen in the Long Term.
Others who "Learn" the Technicalities may "Match" them to Prevent an "Unfair Advantage".
This then leads to whoever has the Highest Quality Work Winning in the Long Term
If this Does Not Occur, then you will typically see The Rules of the Game Change.
The "Technicalities" No Longer Exist, and the People who "Broke" the Rules Disappear.
Eventually, the Next Game will start Eliminating these Individuals.
Then, there is another Aspect to this.
All Stress Adds.
We have Multiple Parts to our Lives, which "All" will Directly Impact our Success or Failure.
There have been many Successful Business People who Crashed when their Emotional or Mental Life Collapsed.
There are Many People who Fail to Take Care of their Bodies and then are No Longer able to "Keep Up" when a New Game Begins.
Frequently, we see people try to "Separate" the Different Parts of their Lives.
Seeking "Success" in Only One Aspect of Life.
But this too is a Failing Strategy.
You are Unable to "Separate" Your Life - You are "One" Human.
Impacted by "All" of the Parts of Your Life.
You Might "Win" A Game Today, but Cumulatively Lose Other Games, some of which are "More" Critical to Long-Term Success.
When you Combine "All" of these Parts, it is Simple to See "Why" People Come and Go in the Game of Success.
It is also Why We Must Realize that it is Never Too Late to Start Playing.
It is also Why You Can Still Lose Tomorrow.
There are Multiple Games.
True Success is Winning Multiple Games, as Frequently and Consistently as Possible.
This also brings us to a Secret Part of The Game.
The Game of Success is Not a Single Player Game.
When we Play "Individually" in The Game, we may "Win" Today.
But in the Long Term, You Will Discover that it is "Teams" who work Interdependently Who Have the Highest Success in The Game of Success.
The Teams who Work Best are the Teams that Win The Game.
If the Team is Dysfunctional, they will Lose The Game in the Long Term.
But it even goes "Beyond" singular Teams.
Those who have the Highest Success Exist in Flourishing Ecosystems.
Multiple, Healthy Teams, working Cohesively Together.
Where All of the Teams Rise Together.
Within an Ecosystem, you Find that if "One" Team Wins while Crushing Others, the Other Teams will Eventually Leave.
The Other Teams May Start New Games.
They May Join Together Against Their "Oppressor".
The Ecosystem has a Need to Survive, and Eventually "Turns" on any Part that is Detrimental to the Overall Ecosystem.
So, those who Win to the Highest Degrees are the ones whose Ecosystem Wins.
Those who Fail to Aid the Ecosystem will Go.
Those who Attend to the Ecosystem will Rise.
This is Why those who Seek Sageship Rise Above - they Understand the Ecosystem.
The Game of Success is Multiple Games, All Playing Out Simultaneously.
People Come Into and Out of These Games Frequently.
Understanding this allows you to Navigate The Game of Success.
