Do you ever get a Feeling that Something is Different?
That Change is Coming?
I Do.
I Feel it Right Now.
Now, what "Causes" this Feeling I can't say for sure.
I could throw out some Theories from Different Studies.
If you are of the "Spiritual" Sort, you may believe it is a "Sign" from a Source that we are All Connected To - God, Creator, The Universe, The Force, etc.
Perhaps it is the Electromagnetic Waves that can be felt directly through our Neurocardiology.
This may simply be happening at the Person-to-Person Level.
There are also Theories that our Hearts can "Hear" and "Understand" the Electromagnetic Waves of the Planet through these same Mechanisms.
Though the Research is Not Definitive Yet.
Maybe it is about Trends we See.
In the News.
In the Way People Speak.
Through the Ideas that are Spread.
Unconsciously we might be Picking Up Patterns that our Logical Brain has not Fully Pieced Together.
At Least Yet.
Maybe it is Far More Simple.
Just Feeling Ourselves Grow.
Expanding Our Knowledge and Understanding.
I'm Unsure, but I Definitely Feel Something Is Different.
I'm Hesitant to Say what "Kind" of Change.
The Last Time I Felt Something like this was Early in 2020...
We all Know How that Turned Out...
I was Proven Quite Wrong on that One.
Even if "I" Never Got Sick (To this Day), We Know that Many Did.
So, I have No Desire to Try to Predict the Type of Change.
Yet, I Deeply Feel that Change is Here.
So What Do You Do?
If Change is Coming, What Can Be Done?
First, is to Accept It.
The Truth of Everything is that Change is a Constant.
No Matter What We Do...
No Matter Where We Go...
Change Happens.
It is an Inevitability.
Which Means that the Worst Thing we can Do is Attempt to Run from Change.
Why?
Dis-Stress.
When You Begin to Run from Change, it Always Catches You.
It is like Trying to Run from the Monster in Your Dreams...
No Matter How Fast You Run...
It gets Closer...
and Closer...
Until it is Upon You.
But What Does This Do to Us?
It Causes Dis-Stress.
We are Hopelessly Running and it Usually has to Do with Fear.
The thing about Fear is that it Grows the Longer We Hold Onto It.
So, as You Run, the Fear Grows.
As that Fear Grows, so too does our Stress.
Until, at some point, it is Overwhelming Us.
Like when you begin to Feel the Monster's Breath on the Back of Your Neck, needing only a Fraction of a Second to Grasp You with it's Claws and Teeth.
But Here's the Thing...
Change Does Not "Need" to Cause That Much Stress.
All Change "Is" Stressful, that is a Fact of Life.
However, the "Fear" of Change is Self-Inflicted, even if Unintentional.
Which means that It Is Optional.
Fear is All in the Mind, and How We "React" to it is More Important than the Fear Itself.
There is a Difference between "Feeling" Fear and being "Controlled" by Fear.
If You Run from Change, You are Controlled by Fear.
The Monster Controls You.
However, if We Accept and Face the Monster, We Discover Something.
It has No Power.
Fear Exists, Yes, but it is Just an Indicator of Something.
Most Often?
A Lack of Experience.
Which is Normal and Human.
If there is Something we have Never, or have Rarely, Encountered then it makes Sense to Lack Experience.
That is just how Life Works.
By Accepting Change, whatever it may be, We Do Not Let Fear Control Us.
Which Opens Up Possibilities.
See, when Dis-Stress Takes Over, we become Unable to Think Clearly.
We Panic.
We Make Stupid Decisions.
But if we Begin with Acceptance, we can See the Change Clearly.
Which allows us to Adapt.
As Humans, we are the Most Adaptable Creatures to walk this Planet.
But our Adaptability Requires us to Think Clearly.
This becomes a Strength in times of Change.
Regardless of the Type of Change.
Begin with Acceptance.
