There are a Lot of People who are Seeking to Push their Career Forward.
I get it.
We have an Innate Desire to Grow.
However, I frequently find people who get Horribly Stuck.
They are Excellent at what they Do.
Some of them are Skilled Leaders.
Yet Stuck.
When I talk about the 8 Stages of a Quality Career, this would be the "Mastery" Stage.
It's a Great Stage, but Inherently We Know It's Not the "End" Stage.
Deep Down, we understand there is the "Sage" Stage.
Where people View "You" as the Top of your Industry.
When Other Experts are Unsure, they Seek "You" Out.
But "How" do you get there?
Well, there is a Very Simple way to Push Your Career in that Direction.
But before I tell you, I want to make an Incredibly Important Distinction.
"Simple" Does Not Mean "Easy".
If it was "Easy", then Everyone Would Do It.
But They Do Not.
It is "Simple" though.
I Can Break It Down to 2 Steps.
It works in Every Industry.

Step One...
Question Everything That People Ignore.
I can give you a Clear Example of this from My Career.
In the Leadership Development Industry, you will "Frequently" Hear about how Important "Leadership Development" is.
It is supposedly "So" Important that Companies Spend Tens to Hundreds of "Billions" of Dollars on it Per Year.
(The Industry Took a Major Hit During 2020, so it is sitting Lower than its High Point)
But do You Know What People Were Ignoring?
The Fact that Leadership Development "Completely Fails" to Produce Any Results 80% of the Time.
Within the remaining 20%, there is only "Limited Success".
For something "Important" that businesses Waste "Billions" On, I'd Expect a Higher Success Rate.
So I Questioned It.
Why Does Leadership Development Fail To Produce Leaders?
That's an Uncomfortable Question to ask when you are in that Industry.
It was also the question that Led Me to "Leave" the Leadership Development Industry, and Never Turn Back.
Then, I kept asking More Questions that Others Ignored.
How could Leaders have All the "Leadership Skills" but Still Completely Fail as Leaders?
How could Leaders "Not" have these Skills But Achieve Extreme Success as Leaders?
Are we Certain the Leadership Development Model the Best Model to Create Leaders?
Are Our Businesses Built on the Best Model?
Why has Burnout Dramatically Increased, Despite Increases In Wellness Program Funding?
Like I said, "Simple" but not "Easy".
This Plays Out in Every Industry.
I've recently been Reading About Physics where this happened.
Scientists saw that Light could act as "Both" a Wave and a Particle.
It Changed Depending on What the Perceiver was Expecting to See.
But Most Did Not Question It.
The Scientists Who Did?
They began Developing what is now called Quantum Physics, which is Answering Questions "Classic" Physicists Couldn't.
The Answers that Quantum Physics is coming up with are "Also" Answering Questions to some of Psychology's Ignored Questions.
For Instance, How Can Our Bodies React to Situations "Faster" Than The Signals from Our Neurons Are Capable of Moving?
No Matter What Industry You Belong To, You "Will" Discover Questions that Everyone Seems to Ignore.
Now, for Step Two...
Have The Energy (Mg-ATP) to Get The Answers.
We are Humans, first and foremost.
For Us to Function, we Must make sure We "Function".
It seems silly to say, yet "Most" People Are "Not" Functioning.
It comes down to One Word - Burnout.
In Burnout, we Fail to Function as Humans.
80% of People are "In" Burnout.
More will find themselves there Shortly.
Without the Ability to Function, You'll Never have the Energy (Mg-ATP) to Answer these Questions.
If you "Ask" the Questions, but Never Get Answers, you won't Move Forward in your Career.
But to get "Real" Answers to the Questions People Ignore, it Will Require a Lot of Work to Solve.
If it was "Easy", the Questions would Already Be Answered.
For most people, this means that Until they Solve their Burnout Problem, they are Stuck in their Career.
Worse, Leaders of Organizations Stuck in Burnout are Prevented from Attaining Exponential Innovation.
This is why, when you "really" look at the "Top" Organizations, they have All Failed to Attain Anything of Note in Recent Years.
Their Organizations are in Burnout.
The "Best" they can do is "Purchase" Innovations, but this tends to also "Halt" Progress on those Innovations.
The Team behind the Innovation is Brought into the Organization filled with Burnout, which then "Spreads" to them due to Psychophysiology.
Much like a Virus.
So, Progress becomes Halted Quickly.
It will Continue like this Until Burnout is Resolved.
But the Leaders who "Do" Solve Burnout?
They'll be Prepped to Change the World.
When you Combine these Two Steps, You'll Push the Boundaries of your Industry.
Where People Ignored Questions, You'll be Finding Answers.
While Others are Stuck in Burnout, You'll be Gaining Untold Momentum.
