There are days when you will Struggle.
Sometimes it will go on longer.
Honestly, I've been in the Struggle for a bit over a Week.
Motivation has been Low.
Ideas have been Slow.
Emotions have been Varied.
Part of it is the Passing of my Grandfather.
Another is a New Certification I've Started.
EFT or Tapping.
This requires you to Explore your Past.
Evaluate your Emotions.
The Psychological term is "Exposure".
There is also my Upcoming Race.
It is a Difficult Race.
One I've injured myself doing in the Past.
All of these are Stressors.
All Combine.
All Stress Adds.
Now, you cannot "Avoid" Struggle.
It will come.
One way or another.
Sometimes it will also Surprise you in "How" it comes.
It may be in your Work.
In your Relationships.
In your Finances.
In your Emotions.
In your Heart and Soul.
The Struggle will come.
It is Natural to Seek Escape from the Struggles we Experience.
Often, Escape is not a Possibility.
To Deny Accomplishes Nothing.
Without Means of Escape, It Remains.
The Struggle Persists.
When you try to Escape, especially when it is Not Possible to do so, the Struggle Builds.
It is what's called an Exponential Stressor.
The More We Push...
The More It Pushes Back.
The Struggle Will Not be Denied.
It Will Make Itself Known.
If it Continues, It Expands.
It Reveals Itself in New Forms.
Sometimes the New Form is Worse than the Old.
It Grows.
Grows.
Larger.
Fiercer.
More Horrifying.
Destroying.
I have Watched people be Consumed by their Struggle.
Even when You Reveal the Struggle to them...
Sometimes, it is Too Much.
They Continue to Run.
Faster.
Further.
But it is Never Enough.
The Struggle Grows Faster.
Get's Ahead of Us.
Then, we are Forced to Face the Struggle Again.
Are we Doomed to Struggle?
Will Struggle Consume Us?
It Could.
If You Allow It.
But it Does Not Have To.
There is Another Way.
Sift Through the Struggle.
When you Run from the Struggle, it Grows.
But when you Approach the Struggle, it Loses Power.
The Struggle May be Scary.
But We as Humans are Stronger.
We are More than Any Struggle Could Ever Be.
As you Approach the Struggle, it Changes.
It is like a Forest or a Room filled with Cobwebs.
It may be Scary looking at it from the Outside.
Yet, as you Proceed, it Changes.
Clear the Webs.
Clear the Vines.
Go Further.
What will You Find?
The Truth.
Now, The Truth can be Different Things.
Irritating.
Sad.
Painful.
Funny.
But it is Not a Monster.
The Truth becomes Revealing.
My Grandfather Died.
It is Sad, Yes.
It is Painful, Yes.
It also shows I Loved my Grandfather.
My Writing is Not Coming Easily.
It is Irritating, Yes.
It is Slow, Yes.
It also Shows I have More Things to Write About, in New and Different Ways.
My Certification is Revealing Past Events.
It is Scary, Yes.
It is Painful, Yes.
It also Shows that I have Much to Learn, and Many Events to Understand Better and Differently.
My Race is Coming Up.
It is Stressful, Yes.
It is Daunting, Yes.
It also Shows that I have Courage by even Considering going Again.
These are all a Mixture of things.
But None of these are Monsters.
All are simply Aspects of The Truth.
When you Sift through the Struggle, you begin to Understand it.
It is Unable to Control You.
With Understanding is Power.
With Power we Overcome.
By Overcoming we Grow.
New Struggles will Inevitably Reveal themselves to Us.
Some will be Easier.
Some will be Harder.
Perhaps the Worst is yet to come.
Yet...
Perhaps also the Best is yet to come.
It will Depend on how you Handle the Struggle.
Will You Run?
This will make you a Slave to Your Struggle.
Or Will You Approach?
The Truth Will Set You Free.
