Life has a way of throwing problems in our Paths as we try to reach our Goals.
What will you do when things go wrong?
Say you are on a Trip, and you Need the Internet to get your work done.
But there's an Internet Outage that occurs that is preventing you from getting on the Internet.
What will you do?
For many people, they may say something like, "Well, I'll just get to it later".
But what if you "Know" there isn't going to be a Later?
What if you realize that you are on your trip, and you are going to be headed out, unlikely to get back until after midnight, but you need to do your work before tomorrow?
How will you react?
Will you go out of your way to get the work done?
Or will you just say that it wasn't meant to be and move on?
For most people, they fall into the second category.
Maybe the situation is slightly different, but it works very similarly.
They might be tired and so call it a night before the work they needed to do was complete.
It may have been an extremely Dis-Stressful day, and so they decide that they would rather mellow out and call it good enough.
There are many people who try to Find Time yet they never seem to find it because Time has Found Them Unprepared.
Regardless of what exactly happens, what people in the second category find is that...
Hours Pass.
Days Pass.
Weeks Pass.
Months Pass.
Years Pass.
At the end of it, Success is no closer than it was before.
The Reason?
Success usually requires us to go out of our way to Achieve it.
If we expect Success to come easily, we will find ourselves sorely mistaken.
Now there may be "Easier" Paths that exist, but do not confuse "Easier" with "Easy".
No Path to Success is "Easy".
You will find that anyone who has found Success "Easy" Will Lose that Success over Time.
Now, when it comes to "Easier" it is only that way because those Paths are better suited to your Skills.
You can think of it like Athletes.
Some Athletes are suited to certain types of Events, and when they access their Talents within those Events, they have an "Easier" time than if they decided to go into Events they are Unsuited for.
However, regardless of the type of Athlete you are, getting to the Olympics is going to be Very Difficult.
It is made "Easier" if you are Great at the Event, but it is by no means "Easy".
This is how Success works in Every Single Industry that exists.
You may be able to find "Easier" Paths, but Never expect them to be "Easy".
Life always has a way of throwing those Obstacles at you when you Least Expect it, and often when it is most Inconvenient.
When the Unexpected Obstacles come, will you Persevere regardless?
Will you find a way and do whatever you must to keep moving forward on your Path to Success?
Will whatever happens Stop You, or will you look for Other Ways to Get It Done?
You know how I mentioned Internet Outages?
That is my Life currently on a Trip that I am on.
The Internet has been out for coming up on 24 Hours, through no fault of my own.
It would be very easy for me to say that it isn't my fault, and there's nothing I could have done about the internet being out.
That is True.
But, I also have a Goal to Write for 1,000 Days in a Row, and I'm already 585 Days In (Today will be 586).
Sure, it would be no fault of my own if I stopped today, and most people wouldn't notice, and less would care, especially over time.
But that isn't who I am.
I committed, and I believe in being an Exemplar of my work.
So, I found a way.
That is how You get to Success.
You Find a Path and Figure Out how to Make it Work.
It will Rarely be Easy or Convenient, but it is Worth It.
