Different Types Of Physical Limits - What Many People Fail To Understand That Holds Them Back

Written by a human, for humans, always.

What are your limits?

It seems like a fairly simple question on the face of it...

And when you ask others...

Many people believe they have an answer...

Which they deeply believe is correct.

But here is the problem...

Most people only understand a specific limit...

But fail to understand that they have other limits that their bodies have...

That they regularly push past...

Always to their detriment.

What are these different limits?

The first is what many people would refer to as their "physical limit," is really their strength limit.

It is how far your physical muscles can carry you.

Now...

Ironically...

This is also the one that most people actually "underestimate".

Our muscles have the physical capacity to take us truly far...

Literally days on end.

It is the one that most people will try to rely on...

Push forward...

But when they can no longer go forward...

It usually is not because of their strength limits.

What other limits do we have?

We have sleep limits.

Our bodies are required to go through cycles of being awake and asleep...

And failing to go through those cycles enough...

Can cause extreme and long-term damage.

Sleep is not a "nice to have"...

It is a "must-have."

This is actually one of the places where most people will crash first.

They try to rely on their strength limits to push forward...

But drop from a lack of sleep.

There are other limits, though.

We have energy (Mg-ATP) limits.

Our bodies require a certain amount of energy (Mg-ATP) to function.

Without enough energy...

The body will literally begin to tear itself apart until we drop.

This is a part of what we see in burnout...

But burnout also has another limit that is usually surpassed...

Our stress limit, otherwise known as our stress threshold.

It is the amount of stressors we can handle in any given moment.

The problem for many people?

Is that they have so many simultaneous stressors...

Including a lack of sleep and energy (Mg-ATP)...

That the body begins to go into fight-or-flight states...

Which end up preventing us from accessing our higher capabilities as humans.

These are not the only limits we must be aware of, though.

We also have to consider our nervous system limits.

Similar to our stress limit, but it is tied more closely to specific moments...

While accounting for memory capsules stored in the nervous system, which are activated by "aspects" of events...

Accounting for a large list of potential triggers recalled from past events, which will immediately trigger the fight-or-flight response before the conscious mind has a chance to recognize what is happening...

Stored physically in the body, separate from the brain, which can develop, expand, and even be experienced as physical pain.

This is a limit that most people are unaware that they have, and it frequently gets in their way.

A more common limit that people are aware of, but fail to understand well, is their emotional limits.

So often, people surpass the limits of their emotions more quickly than they realize...

And suddenly they are reacting in ways they never imagined they could...

A consequence of what would be defined as "low emotional intelligence".

Now, this is what we must understand when it comes to all of these limits...

Often, they directly interact with each other.

When one limit is reached...

It impacts all the other ones...

Either making those limits decrease...

Or immediately making our physical facets around those limits impossible to access.

For many people in today's world...

They are regularly surpassing different limits so frequently...

That they are never physically capable of reaching their potential in life.

This is why it becomes so incredibly important to learn and understand these different limits...

So you can stop surpassing them...

So that you can build up your capacities within each....

Which then allows you to access your potential more frequently and with greater ease.

Will you learn what your limits are?
