Clearing The Clutter: The Life-Debilitating Consequences Of Failing To Learn How To Do It In The Different Parts Of Our Health And Lives

Clearing The Clutter: The Life-Debilitating Consequences Of Failing To Learn How To Do It In The Different Parts Of Our Health And Lives

I've got a bit of a problem...

I'm what you would call a Hyper-Tab User on my computer...

Or what some have termed a "Tab Hoarder".

How bad is it?

Well, as I write this article...

I have 34 tabs open...

And that is after eliminating over 70% of the tabs that I had on this computer...

And does not count the tabs I have open on other devices.

Yeah...

It is pretty bad.

How does it become so bad?

I've got quite a few different projects that I am working on at any given time...

A host of educational material that I am going through...

My writing tabs...

And research that I am constantly doing.

So, the tabs tend to build up quite quickly.

But one thing that I have learned over the years...

Is that every once in a while...

You need to clear the clutter.

Looking at a computer provides a good example of why.

When you run a program on a computer...

It begins to utilize the computer's processing and active memory.

When the computer's processing and active memory are low...

Everything runs really smoothly.

But what happens when the computer is trying to process too many things...

And trying to hold too many things in its active memory?

A lot of bad things.

The computer will begin to task switch constantly...

Slowing everything down that it is attempting to work on...

Being inefficient at all of it.

Programs may fail to load due to taking too long to process...

Or the programs could crash due to malfunctions...

Or in some cases...

The entire computer could crash.

Now, we have been talking about what can happen when a computer is overcluttered...

But we, as humans, are the same.

When our brains are overcluttered?

We are not able to think clearly, and we forget things.

What about our nervous system?

We can develop trauma capsules, and seemingly insignificant events can trigger our fight-or-flight reactions.

Or our immune system?

When it is spread too thinly, it becomes ineffective at everything that it is trying to fight against.

When too many problems are occurring simultaneously...

We can even "crash" ourselves.

Burnout.

Life-Altering Disease.

Even death.

All of these can happen to us when we do not clear the clutter in our own lives.

There is a reason that so many people in today's world are crashing...

They have either forgotten...

Or never learned...

How to clear the clutter in their own lives...

And it has been made difficult for a variety of reasons.

Misinformation...

Vested Interests...

Well-intentioned individuals without proper training...

Well-intentioned individuals who have been indoctrinated without realizing it...

For all of these reasons and more...

So many people struggled or lost the ability to clear the clutter in their lives.

They struggle to clear...

Their physical challenges...

Their emotional challenges...

Their mental challenges...

And their spiritual challenges.

The result is clear...

People are crashing left and right in their lives.

In many instances, people believe that what is happening to them is inevitable...

Something they were doomed to face...

Something that they never had any power over.

But the sad thing...

Is that there is far more within our power than most people realize...

The only thing that is in their way...

Is that they simply do not know how to close out all of their tabs.

Learning how to clear the clutter is one of the most powerful tools that is available to us...

If we learn how to do it.
